JAKER’S PUMPKIN PAVILION RENTALS

If you are planning a fun fall event, Jaker’s Jack-O-Lanterns is the perfect place to host your large group!

OUR PUMPKIN PAVILIONS

We offer two pavilions with tables and seating for up to 60 guests.  Each pavilion is available for a three-hour reservation during these pre-selected times:  9 am – 12 pm, 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm and 4 pm – 7 pm.  Reservations can be made September 28th – October 31st, excluding Sundays.  You may click on the reservation button at the bottom of the page ↓

PRICES

The pavilion rental is $40, with a minimum purchase of 20 admissions ($4 each).  In sum, the rental fee is $120 for three hours and includes entry into Jaker’s for 20 guests!! (3 years and up, 2 years and under are free).   Each additional guest (3 years and up) is $4 each. However, you may also buy a punch pass for your additional guests at the gate for $35 (10 admissions).  Reservations can be made online for parties up to 200 guests.  If you will have more than 200 guests please see our POLICIES below.  To make a reservation online, click here.  If you would like to pay for your additional guests in advance of your reservation, call 801-658-6995.

POLICIES

Scheduled Reservation Time:  The time you have reserved is the time that your pavilion is available.  Please note, we do not allow early entries to set-up or decorate for your event. Likewise, your pavilion must be vacated and trash thrown away by the end of your three-hour reservation.  Your party may choose to stay and enjoy Jaker’s activities after your reservation time has ended until closing.

Food:  Outside food and beverage is allowed for pavilion use only.  Alcoholic beverages, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. When bringing in your own food and drinks, we ask that you dispose of all trash and food on and under the tables after your event is over.  Jaker’s also offers concessions after 1 p.m. if you choose not to bring in your own food.

Pumpkins:  Pumpkins are not included in the rental of your pavilion.  They must be purchased per pound at the pumpkin checkout.

Groups Over 200 Guests:  We accept online reservations for up to 200 guests.  If your event will have more than 200 guests, please call 801-658-6995.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel your event, you may receive a full refund if cancelled 7 days prior to your event date.  You will receive 50% refund if your event is cancelled 2-6 days before the event date.  No refund will be given if you cancel the day before or the day of your event.
